Magnificent setting, very helpful and excellent staff.
Enjoyable overall experience. Wonderful and clean hotel with nice design. Good-sized and bright rooms with an amazing view and good service. Location near restaurants, supermarket and taxi shuttle to the lakes and the restaurant / cafeteria and the spot from where the 4x4 taxis to the park leave...

The bed was very big and very comfortable. Really spacious room with exit to a small terrace overlooking the village, just in front of a restaurant where you can have a good dinner, with good value for money. Excellent breakfast, with local sausage, among other things (high quality buffet breakfast). PERFECT location to go out to Sant Maurici Park, since you have just across the street the exit of the Jeeps and a bakery where they make sandwiches to take away (which are very good!) and following the village upwards you take the path to go up on foot from Espot to Sant Maurici, without having to take the car. I'll be back, for sure.
The truth is that everything went very well but if I had to say something, the bed cushions were a little low for my taste, that's the only thing I would change.

Very good location, in the middle of the village, almost in front of a taxi rank, with free parking right next to it. Clean and comfortable. Very nice and friendly staff. Very good price compared to the rest of the hotels in the area, even more so during the summer season.
Reservation for 2 adults and a 5 year old child. We were placed in a double room with 2 single beds, the child had to sleep with one of the adults in a single bed. If we wanted a bed for the child we had to pay 12 euros more... oopss. When we said that the reservation included a child, the answer was yes, that it was already contemplated, that the child did not pay but that he had to sleep with an adult in a single bed.. Or pay the 12 eurillos for the folding. We kept the single beds, put them together and put the blankets in the wardrobe between the 2 beds to cover the gap and slept the 3 together, the child in the middle, no problem. Keep this in mind if you make a reservation with children; this is the first time this has happened to us, they have always put a free folding bed or added a third bed if the room is a double, keeping the same price because the reservation is for 3.

The staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful! They let us store our luggage and wash our clothes after our hike. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and cozy. Everything we wanted! The bathtub was a nice touch and the location was perfect. The facilities were great, especially the comfortable bed and the stunning views from the balcony. The evening meals were straightforward but satisfying, and the bottle of wine included with each meal was a great value. We would definitely stay again and for longer!

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the loft-style room was charming and comfortable. The breakfast was AMAZING, the best I have had in a hotel. It had a great selection of local gourmet sliced meats, delicious cheese, fruit, yogurt, fresh bread, cereal and to top it off real espresso coffee made personally by the lovely staff. This place is also excellent value for money.
We liked everything.

The value for money at Els Encantats was excellent, with comfortable rooms and fine views from the balcony. The location was perfect for hiking and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast option could be improved by having a self-service coffee/hot water machine instead of having to ask for it each day.
